Marble Rust Remover & Restoration Kit
The Lustro Italiano Marble Rust Remover & Restoration Kit tackles one of the most challenging stains on marble—rust. Rust stains develop when metal and water combine on marble surfaces, especially if the stone is unsealed or poorly sealed, allowing rust to penetrate its pores. Unlike granite or quartz, marble’s delicate composition requires a specialized approach. This kit not only eliminates rust stains but also removes etch marks and water stains with its included etch remover. The etch remover can also be used independently to treat damage caused by acidic liquids such as citrus juice or vinegar, ensuring comprehensive marble care.
WARNING: Lustro Italiano Stone Sealer does not provide anti-etch protection on marble surfaces. Use of acidic substances such as wine, tomato, citrus, coffee, etc. will etch the surface by creating a chemical reaction with the calcium carbonate present in marbles. For etching problems please use Etch Remover.
