Skudo Universal Plus Food Safe Stone Sealer
Skudo Universal plus is a water-based oil and water, food-safe anti-stain product designed to "shield" natural stone materials with a variety of finishes. Skudo protects against water-based and oil-based liquids that can penetrate the stone and cause staining. Skudo Universal Plus is recommended for indoor and outdoor kitchen countertops and other surfaces that may come into contact with food.
Penetrating Natural Stone Sealer
Skudo, the Italian word for shield is an appropriate name for this penetrating product designed to penetrate and settle in the microporosities of natural stone materials. It then generates the effect of repelling oil-based and water-based liquids that can stain the stone by getting into the pores. Skudo Universal does not alter the stone's natural "breathability".
Appropriate for Many Stone Types
Skudo Universal is formulated to work on many types of natural stone and agglomerates. It is also designed to effectively work on stone products with a variety of finishes. Some of the products and finishes are as follows:
- Granite (Honed, Brushed, Flamed, Rough)
- Marble (Honed, Brushed, Flamed, Rough)

Food Safe Natural Stone Sealer
Skudo Universal Plus is food safe and can be used on surfaces that will contact food and is certified for food contact. Additionally, it is also completely free of organic solvents and does not alter the natural color of the stone to which it is applied.
